Here's more screenshot. my friend is in Australia and coming back to Singapore for just a month. wanted to get a cheap bike so he can continue cycling around. the service of this company is just horrible...please take a look.
TRS reader Stanley Sim was flabbergasted by this crude reply he received from a representative of a bike company in response to a question.
He had asked if it was possible to remove a brand label from a bike frame he was intending to purchase, but received an obscene reference to his private parts instead.
He said: "Such bad customer service from Conticomponent. My friend was enquiring about a new product they were promoting. This is what he received from them."
