Hi TRS,
I am writing to you to seek your assistance to locate this person who went into Malaysia, knock into my friend's father's car and now refuse to be responsible for it. On the scene he gave his NRIC and pleaded with my friend's father not to report to the Malaysian police and promise he will pay for the damages. He even wrote a handwritten note to acknowledge his mistake.
Upon letting him back to Singapore, he kept pushing the issue and now outright refuse to pay.

Please help to publish this on your main site so that fellow Singaporeans can help look out for this irresponsible person. Really shame the good name of fellow Singaporeans who drive over to Malaysia day in and day out for leisure and business.
这名新加坡人在24/4/2013下午3点50分于世纪花园闯红灯把朋友爸爸的车撞毁后，原本答应赔偿所有修车费用，并恳求不要报警，也承诺会在隔天付一半的费用让修理工作开始进行，但至今已超过一个星期了，他却迟迟未出现赔偿。
在联络他要求他履行承诺作出赔偿时，他却找借口推托，并说自己没有交通前往新山作出赔偿。
由于他没有作出赔偿，我朋友爸爸的车至今无法进行修理工作。修车费用非常庞大，若不是必不得已，我们也不想浪费时间和精力寻找他来作出赔偿。
请网友们帮忙找找这位新加坡公民。也请大家如果看到这个人出入新山，记得报警，让法律制裁这种骗子。
