Background Story: MP BAEY & HIS CONTROVERSIAL $2.50 NASI PADANG DISH

It will not be far from wrong the underlying subtle message this idiotic MP Baey Yam Keng trying to convey to readers in his Facebook that cost of living like food is not high for he paid only $2.50 for a sumptuous nasi Padang at Tampines Coffee shop. Unfortunately, this has backfired big time. One can easily observed the following possibilities.

1. The MP Baey is 200% out of touch with the daily lives of Singaporeans. Baey just couldn’t sense the stall owner only asked him to pay a token cost knowing he is the MP. A MP who can feel the ground would have sense the price is asked to pay is definitely not right and the appropriate acceptable action is to remind the stall owner should not undercharge him and pay more than the normal price. However, such integrity and honesty is no longer the traits of our MPs. Don’t bother to ask him for he will plead ignorance (same as saying not my fault or problem).

2. Boosting he can get cheaper prices than Singaporeans being an MP knowing well that the price is definitely higher than what he paid.

3. Blatantly lying of what he actually paid to create the impression food is still cheap especially in Tampines though this is the most unlikely case.

4. He has turned senile for remembering the wrong price he paid.

Whatever it is, we see more and more evidences of the trend of PAP MPs – stealing toothpicks to seat reservations in Bishan to getting special treatment on food prices. LHL ultimate objective only focus on economic growth, all rest are secondary. Thus, he, following his father’s art of war, can only use the only weapon he knows – obscene $$$$$$$ salary, to get people without proper experience, to fill the vacuum of government. And these MPs, totally forgot they are to serve the Singaporeans, like any employees. They are just looking themselves as elites and behave like one.

There is nothing much Singaporeans can do if 60% believe to continue this trend. However, in the age of social media, it is clear this 60% is eroding at exponential rate looking the the desperate attempts of PAP using all means to control social media with so many improperly handled incidents like PRC Bus drivers strike, Little India riot, out of reach property prices, foreign trash stealing jobs, 8m population without consultation with Singaporeans. GE2016 is the crossing point. PAP knows it will be kick out as one potential PM minister declare ‘battles’ basically against Singaporeans. The battle cry is so loud that even Mr. Chiam has to remind this minister that he is here to listen to Singaporean voices – not suppressing it. This is how desperate PAP has become.

We now need a totally new era of sustainable growth with all Singaporeans sharing the fruits of its growth. To achieve this, we have to remove the obsolete policies and total inhuman PAP who has lost all credibility, obsessed in the single pursuit of economic growth to feed the elites, from Singapore political scene.
