QUESTION ON SEDITIOUS WRITINGS AND BOOKS STILL ON SALE/CIRCULATION
(UNDER SEDITION ACT)

How about Lee Kuan Yew’s repeated racist statements, speeches and hate writings as books to date insulting the Malay Muslims consistently and continuously?

Why no sedition charges to date or even a reprimand?

Lee Kuan Yew got special horns on his head, that he can say whatever bias/racists statements and no one will take him up for those offensive words and statements?

Singapore Law:

Defence: Ok you can state the Sedition Act only came to be in force recently. So whatever hate speech and statements esp racists/bias words and writings he did would not fall under the jurisidiction or terms of the Sedition Act as these words and statements by LKY were said years ago before the Act came into force.

Question: Ok, if the Sedition Act cannot be enforced on Lee Kuan Yew as these were statements made in the past unlike MP Seng Han Thong’s recent racist rants as stated above.

1) Why in the world the same SEDITIOUS & RACIST/HATE SPEECH WORDS & WRITINGS OF LEE KUAN YEW are still on Sale as Books?

2) These seditious materials with racist remarks and bias, offensive statements by LKY on Malay muslims are still included in the publications like Lee Kuan Yew’s books like Hard Truths without them ever being omitted, blanked out as censored edition as racially and nationally offensive to citizens of the country namely Malay Muslims.

3) These Seditious Books are free to read and are free circulation and distribution in our Public Libraries, school libraries for public viewing and reading including for children.

4) If they have contents and words/statements as shown as “Seditious” and Racist and offending Singaporeans esp Malay Muslims, why are they being allowed to be in circulation and in public libraries for readers when they offend and hurt the sensitivity, feelings of the Singaporeans-Malay Muslims?

5) The Same “Sedition Act ” can be enforced on the materials than the person as they fall into the above stated category as it is an offence to bring into hatred or contempt or to excite disaffection against the Government and to promote feelings of ill-will and hostility between different races or classes of the population of Singapore.”

6) These terms and statements used By Lee Kuan Yew on Malay Muslims in his writings and published here as books fall into the very category of “offending to bring into hatred or contempt, promote feelings of ill-will and hostility between races of Singapore”.

7) Worst when young children and youths fresh without any biasness or hatred for Malay Muslims including new citizens after they read such “offending terms and claims” on our Malay Muslims: their uninfluenced minds are poisoned and ill feelings are developed as these accounts came from the founding leader of the country.

8) Let’s look at An Example, LKY’s infamous statement on whether a Malay person would share a last grain of rice with his neighbours – meaning Chinese or others than his own in LKY’s accounts, creates a disloyal hated vision of Malays among any new person reading these esp from LKY.

9) So isn’t the above example, though stated by LKY years ago and not condemned under the Sedition Act which came into force recently, but his works as books which contain these same statements can be used to treat his works with such offensive racist and bias statements as still chargeable under the Sedition Act.

10) Rightfully, the publishers and the owners of the books, the libraries which have such offending books and writings should be charged under the Sedition Act as the law is equal for all.

11) These are hate speeches and words which can cause ill-feelings and hatred among our united races, people and definitely not right for the peace and order of our country.

12) Either the publishers collect back all the published books in Singapore, blank out those racists statements and words, remove the pages of the books in circulation or remove these books in total.

13) Having Lip Service statements and propaganda of the ruling government including PM stating they do not share the views of LKY as stated example in the case of the “Hard truth” book which again has serious offensive views of the Malay Muslims does not count and irrelevant.

14) The real offensive and books/writings of hatred (By LKY) – under the Sedition Act are still being sold, kept in libraries and still functioning to spread hatred, ill feelings and bad opinions of races and people in Singapore.

15) The AGC should give speed and efficiency as he did leaving behind lorry loads of cases like the oustanding case of Straits times editor Warren Fernandez and ST violating Elections Laws with a survey during BE2013; to go after a cartoonist under the Sedition Act for his alleged inflammatory cartoons as above.

16) But on LKY’s books and writings as Seditious contents still in circulation under the Sedition Act as offends many races and causes hatred and ill feelings.

17) If PAP or LKY puts forward an argument with 100 “Malay Muslims” who refute this claim and say it is ok to write offending racist words about themselves as LKY did and not as ‘Seditious”; one might argue Singaporeans of all races will step up with another 100, 1000 or more malay Muslims and citizens of all races to state in court Yes they were offensive, seditious and hurting with racist impact.

18) So question is what numbers to prove for and against in such cases, but yes LKY did write such offending racist and bias words in his books and writings which he spoke of years before the Sedition Act came into force.

19) For Lesile Chew and his lawyer, for your current charge on Sedition under the Seditious Act, go with this juxtaposition of LKY’s own racist/hate mongering speeches and words in force, in publication and in sales/distribution as books still; which are far worst than any implied opinions your cartoons did.

What say you Singaporeans and Singapore? As Law is equal and fair for all and interpreted in the same way.
