After reading the comments, I believe mostly do not understand the seriousness of what this woman is doing. The hotdog maybe Halal maybe not. Worst still it might be pork. In Singapore, there lots non-halal establishment, go ahead n eat whatever u want, not much Halal fast food for us to enjoy.
By doing so, she is contaminating the plates n cutleries ( if you do not not understand, pls google why Islam forbids us from eating pork and meat that are not slaughtered the islamic way. And why we cannot use plates etc that has been touch by pork meat or so)
Pls have some respect for Muslim community.
And the issue here as well, its obvious the Pinoy manager does not know or respect our religion, why hire in the first place?
I emphasize again, theres not much halal fastfood here, u wanna enjoy halal chicken n pork or hotdog? Fine. Buy n eat at ur own home!

We are a multi culture multi religion country. We ought to be tolerant to each other like our fore fathers do. That's why they can live in harmony.
Tolerant and respect each other religion and culture. Maybe its good if we Muslim can educate our non muslim friends regards about halal. To most, they think we just cant consume pork, but its more than that. I done that, n once they learn they inform others too.
But that does not mean when friends consume pork or non halal food we cant seat together n enjoy meals together.
And to non-muslim, dont be shy or arrogant, just ask ur Muslim friends about your doubts n questions. I'm sure they will be more than willing to explain.
