An AGC spokesman said that Amos's bail conditions do not prohibit Amos from accessing the Internet. “He is at liberty to consume information on the Internet and to use (it) for private communications,” she said.

She said "he is at liberty" and the bail conditions are not "prohibitive".
Now, look at the bail terms imposed on Amos:
Amos's bail amount is set at S$20,000. He is not allowed to post, upload or otherwise distribute any comment or content, whether directly or indirectly, to any social media or online service or website, while the current case against him is ongoing.

Do you think this means that "he is at liberty" and that the bail terms are not "prohibitive"?
AGC is the principal legal adviser to the government. It also says that it aspires "to build a democratic society based on the fundamental ideals of justice and equality".
According to its vision, it says that it is the "Guardian of the Public Interest; Steward of the Rule of Law."
It also says that its mission is to "serve Singapore's interests and upholding the rule of law through sound advice, effective representation, fair and independent prosecution and accessible legislation."
Now, look at what AGC is saying about Amos's bail conditions and not only that, at how they have been been used to attack the Worker's Party.
Is the AGC, and rather, is the PAP-run government still "upholding the rule of law" for "justice and equality"?
