Victor Lye, the PAP Branch Chairman at Bedok-Punggol Reservoir is at it again.
Early this year, he tried to incite unhappiness among the ward's residents against The Workers' Party in the hawker centre cleaning saga and accused it of passing over flats in the area for interim upgrading.
Now he is casting another set of aspersions against the Town Council - this time over a fallen slab of concrete he came across while taking his leisurely walk.
But Victor Lye, you are barking up the wrong tree.
For a slab of concrete to fall off like that, the cause is quite clearly associated with the poor quality of concrete used by the HDB. And as we know the poor quality of materials used by HDB in building flats on the cheap has long been an issue of concern.
An by the way, what is the purpose of taking a group photo in front of the concrete? Shouldn't you do something constructive and write to HDB to hold them to account instead?
Note: Victor Lye is the General Manager of Shenton Insurance Pte Ltd located at 20 Bendemeer Road. We urge all to boycott this insurance company where possible.
