When Papies set in to rule fifty years ago, the crime rate were reduced slowly and drastically.
Besides political opponents who did no crime and none was ever tried, the blue collar crimes were contained.
The leaders then were bent to provide a safety environment for the citizens, reduced money laundering, demolished gangsters and their clan, through Section 55, theft, robberies, house breaking and even outraging modesty, rapes and even petty crimes, were all all reduced dramatically. We lived so safe and free to only walk around , but, freedom of speech and political opponents were still suppressed.
Fast forward today, since social media entered into true journalism, the skeletons in the closets were seen coming out one by one.
White collars crimes became more and more evident today. White collar crimes exist almost everyday in all parts of the world including ours. Why had the not the “shit times” not on par with these crimes?
We also have blue collar crimes on the rise today, by the Ft, and some Singaporeans only. Given the fact that we have been invaded by foreigners living in our midst needless to say what characters these foreigners have.
So, who do we address our concerns for transparency and accountability?
These are serious questions we should ponder and seek for factual answers from the incumbent. No beating around the bush, no merry go round, just straight answers.
BTW,the “controlled media” have also lost it’s credibility by even dropping further to 150th , a great achievement that they enjoy being proud of is a total mockery to true and investigative journalism.
The readership is dropping further and further, even the straits times and new paper is now becoming as thin as paper itself.
We have only the social media to rely on, and mind you if spoken the truth no one can touch you.
So what really went wrong after almost 50 years of governance?
Do any of you have answers?
Please contribute your factual opinions and when each is revealed it could be mind boggling to all truly born Singaporean Citizens out there.
