Are the foreign rich hoarding Singapore’s properties?

In the upmarket properties of London such as Abbey and Bishops Avenue, billions of dollars worth of luxury properties are just left vacant for years. After a while, the properties just fall apart (see picture below).

The properties belong to Saudis, the Mafia, overthrown government leaders

(www.theguardian.com/money/2014/jan/31/billionaires-row-hampstead-palaces-empty-london-property):

On January 17, two security guards were killed in a fire at Marina Bay Suites (‘sg.news.yahoo.com/two-die-in-marina-bay-suites-fire-023612483.html‘). But the shocking news was 60% of the properties were just left vacant. That even shook up the Strait Times, the government’s mouthpiece, but as usual they gave false reporting that the market is slowing, you see how dumb they can be when they are full of PAP shits, the real reason is that the foreign rich are hoarding Singapore’s properties which results in pushing prices up.

Are the developers helping their own cronies and relatives to develop as much as possible for their own gain? Why are there not laws like Australia, where foreigners are only allowed to sell to the locals? Is it healthy for government to have a hand in business? Where there are conflicts of interest, will the citizen’s rights be compromised in favour of their cronies and relatives?

Last night I met a driver for a developer, driving a Bentley. Everyday the developer burns $8K on women in an upmarket night club. Is he well connected? I cannot reveal here, might get sued. A sorry state of affairs in Singapore where our Government does not know or forget that they are here to take care of us not for their own benefits.

No more open spaces, cemeteries nor gardens are spared, we are like zombies, where the PIGS everyday count money and polish their gold. We are living like packed sardines. What kind of life is this?
