I refer to "HDB Resale Flats Drop After Introduction of 3 Year Wait Rule for PRs".
It seems that ever since we gave PAP a run for their money, PRs have suddenly become been at the mercy of Singapore citizens.
We should not forget that before GE2011, many PRs were cocky and have exploited our loopholes and bragged about their achievements. We were helpless and defenceless.
It was only at GE2011 that we finally exacted our revenge and told PAP to wake up.
We need more voices in GE2016 to hold PAP accountable for the mistakes that they committed.
One such case was in 2010 when Indian Singapore PR Sinha Shekhar revealed on the REACH forum two days ago that he owns a private property and is renting out his resale flat:
He also complained that the rent he is currently collecting from his resale flat is not enough to pay for his bank instalments in his HDB flat. Mr Sinha Shekhar has since deleted the comments.
A speech therapist by training, Mr Sinha Shekhar obtained his Singapore citizenship in 1994 at 25 years of age. He joined the PAP four years later, rising fast high up its rank to become its most prominent face in cyberspace. He is currently the Head of Rehabilitation at Ang Mo Kio Community Hospital.
Mr Sinha Shekhar sparked a massive outcry in cyberspace lately when he revealed on the REACH Facebook that he owns both a condominium and HDB resale flat which he rented out.
